ABOUT ME
Dr. Abnézer Lima da Silva is a biomedical scientist and business administrator with a solid multidisciplinary career in integrative health, traditional Chinese medicine, integrative and complementary health practices (PICS), emotional health, and human development. With over 20 years of experience, he has built a trajectory that integrates scientific knowledge, systemic vision, and humanized care, combining clinical practice, management, and strategic leadership.
His academic background is broad and diverse, encompassing Biomedicine and Business Administration, as well as numerous postgraduate programs and specializations in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Ozone Therapy, Aesthetic Biomedicine, and Marketing from the University of São Paulo. He also holds training in Clinical Sexology, an extension course in Clinical and Hospital Psychology from the University of São Paulo, a specialization in Emergency and Urgency Care, training in Media Education and Human Rights from the Federal University of Uberlândia, and a Doctorate in Psychoanalysis.
Throughout his career, he has worked as an executive, consultant, and transformation agent, leading processes of leadership development, negotiation, conflict management, and team building, always oriented toward sustainable results and the improvement of quality of life for people and organizations. In the clinical-therapeutic field, he applies an integrative approach grounded in science, humanized care, and an understanding of each individual's biological and emotional uniqueness.
Among his key competencies are emotional reprogramming, therapeutic coaching, situational leadership, people management, systemic solutions, and specialized practice in Chinese medicine and PICS. His professional practice is guided by high ethical standards, applied science, and a commitment to the holistic care of the human being.
Currently, Dr. Abnézer Lima da Silva contributes to the strengthening of integrative health practices and to the institutional mission of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Arts, History and Literature, reaffirming his commitment to human development, well-being, and health promotion in its broadest sense.
