The Board of Directors of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Arts, History and Literature

The Board of Directors is the governing body responsible for the Academy’s strategic leadership and institutional administration. It is charged with implementing and ensuring compliance with the Bylaws, the resolutions of the General Assembly, and the decisions of the Academy’s Councils.

The Board oversees the institution’s administrative, academic, and representative activities, ensuring that its mission and objectives are carried out effectively. Decisions are made collectively, with a commitment to continuity, transparency, legal compliance, and the ongoing strengthening of ABRASCI’s institutional role.
