ABOUT ME

Academic Adriana Melo Alves has been a Federal Public Manager since 2004, researcher at IPEA, and professor at UNIFESSPA, with experience in regional and territorial development policies. Graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning from UFAL, holding a Master's in Urban Planning from UnB and a Doctorate in Geography from UnB, she has held strategic positions in ministries such as Regional Development, Cities, and Agriculture. She served as National Secretary of Regional Development under three government administrations, as well as National Secretary of Irrigation and Director of International Programs, Regional Policies, and Rural Territorial Programs.
