Academic Alexandre do Nascimento Justiniano began secondary school in 1992 and joined the Brazilian Red Cross as a volunteer, where, in 1994, he became the youngest First Aid instructor in the country at the age of 17. He graduated in Physiotherapy from Universidade Castelo Branco (2000), with postgraduate specializations in ICU Physiotherapy (UNESA, 2002), Clinical Analysis (UNIRIO, 2002), and Respiratory Physiotherapy (ASSOBRAFIR/COFFITO, 2006). He completed a Master's in Clinical Medicine from UFRJ (2009) and published the works Interpretação de Exames Laboratoriais para o Fisioterapeuta (2012) and BIZU: Questões para Concurso (2015). He was honored with the title of Commendator by BRASLIDER and has authored chapters in books in the field. He served as a Lieutenant Physiotherapist in the Brazilian Army and worked in various civilian and military ICUs, with special distinction during the COVID-19 pandemic. He received honorable mentions from the Rio de Janeiro State Legislative Assembly (ALERJ) and the Rio de Janeiro City Council, as well as the Edmond Locard Award (2023). He is a faculty member at various institutions, a Physiotherapy Coordinator at health units in Rio de Janeiro, and a doctoral candidate in Health Sciences at Ivy Ember Christian University.
