Academic Alexandre Lima Ferro is an attorney registered with OAB/DF. He holds a degree in Public Security, postgraduate specializations in Teaching and in Strategic Management of Public Security, and a Master's in Political Science. He is a veteran Colonel of the Federal District Military Police (PMDF). He worked at the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (ABIN) for 16 years. He was Head of the Strategic Intelligence Section and headed the PMDF Intelligence Center. He headed the PMDF Department of Education and served as Rector of the Instituto Superior de Ciências Policiais (ISCP). He served as Deputy Internal Affairs Officer of the PMDF and Commander of School Policing in the Federal District. He also served as Regional Policing Commander in Ceilândia/DF. He is currently Deputy Secretary of Jointly Managed Schools in the Federal District, as well as a researcher, writer, and instructor in the fields of education, law, and intelligence activities.
