ABOUT ME
Dr. Anderson de Castro Garcia, holder of the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from World Christian University, has a career marked by a balance between academic erudition and high executive performance. Graduated in Business Administration with a Foreign Trade specialization from Universidade Sant'Anna, he solidified his technical foundation with an MBA in International Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-RJ). His vocation for teaching manifested in nearly two decades of instruction: ten years as an MBA professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas, and eight years at Anhanguera Colleges, where he taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses and served as a thesis advisor and academic board evaluator.
This intellectual foundation supported a successful career of over 20 years at industry giants such as Telefônica, Vivo, Claro, and Ericsson, among others. At Claro, Dr. Anderson Garcia achieved historic milestones, surpassing annual targets by more than 82% and recording monthly performances above 250%. His strategic vision allowed him to become the creator and mentor of "Gestão Mão Perfeita" (Perfect Hand Management) — a definitive framework that aligns vision, communication, execution, cohesion, and legacy, through which he led a team of more than 250 employees to transform operational indicators into historic productivity milestones, turning ordinary results into extraordinary outcomes. He currently resides in the United States, where he applies his vast experience in the operational and commercial management of the American solar energy market.
In the social and spiritual realm, he maintains a legacy of lasting impact. For over 15 years, he actively participated in the Professional Guidance Ministry in Campinas, where that ministry welcomed and directed more than 16,000 people toward re-entering the job market.
Today, in Florida, he is a member of Faith Family Community Church – Church of the Nazarene, where he leads the Men's Ministry, integrating American and Brazilian communities under the values of commitment and the integral development of the human being.
Dr. Anderson defines himself as professor, author, son, father, and husband; however, above any position or title, he recognizes himself, first and foremost, as a beloved son of Jesus Christ, the Creator God.
