Graduated in Social Communication with a postgraduate specialization in Electoral Law from the Federal University of Bahia, Antônio Raimundo dos Santos Lima, from Bahia, has an eclectic professional history as a businessman, journalist, university professor, and, more recently, singer and songwriter. He has lived for 26 years between Brazil and Africa, where he currently serves as President of the Association of Brazilian Businessmen in Angola (AEBRAN) and is also President of the Angola-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CCAB). Established as a successful businessman and journalist, Raimundo Lima has also gained recognition in recent years as a singer and songwriter, under the stage name Rallie, including in partnerships with icons of international music such as Gilberto Gil (in Brazil), Filipe Mukenga and Filipe Zau (in Angola), and The Platters (from the United States), among others. By unanimous vote of legislators, Commendator Lima received the title of Honorary Citizen of Salvador and also the Maria Quitéria Commendation, in Feira de Santana, Bahia. Recently inducted as an Academic of ABRASCI (Brazilian Academy of Science, Art, History and Literature), he has for some years been an advisor to the presidency of the Academy of Letters of Bahia and a member of the Academy of Letters of Feira de Santana. Raimundo Lima is an institutional leader recognized for his work promoting economic relations between Angola and Brazil, performing leadership functions playing a strategic role in strengthening bilateral cooperation, encouraging investment, business exchange, and institutional partnerships. Throughout his binational career, he stands out for his ability to coordinate between the public and private sectors, always focused on promoting environments favorable to business development and market expansion. He is recognized for his strategic vision, diplomatic skill, and commitment to sustainable development and the diversification of the Angolan economy. His leadership is marked by ethics, constructive dialogue, and encouragement of business innovation.
