Academic Arleide Costa de Oliveira Braga holds a Post-Doctorate in Law from the University of Messina, Italy. She is the Rector of Faculdade de Direito Santo André – FATEJ FADISA, author of scientific articles and multiple books in the field of Law, and an international speaker at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (Costa Rica) and at the European Community (Salamanca-Madrid). She is a renowned attorney and an evaluator for INEP/MEC.
