Academic Arthur Farrat, Doctor in Sociology from World Christian University of Florida (USA, 2025), holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Al-Azhar University in Cairo and a full teaching degree in Educational Supervision. He has extensive experience in community work, public policy, and the development of social and urban projects. He is the author of a citizen-initiated legislative bill recognizing community leaders as "Social Builders and City Caretakers." He has experience as a director of companies in the events and financial advisory sectors. He is the Founder and former President of the Association of Community Leaders in Rio Grande do Sul and currently serves as State President of the DC 27/RS Party.
