Academic Bruna Accioly Pereira Peloso has over 20 years of experience in administrative and financial management and customer service. She has worked in small, medium, and large companies, leading teams and implementing processes focused on operational efficiency and the customer experience. At Grupo Bodytech, she coordinated channels handling approximately 10,000 monthly service requests and drove improvements in satisfaction indicators and sales conversion through new methods and technologies. As a PMO, she was responsible for the strategic management of Bodytech Babies & Kids — the country's first exclusively children's gym model — from feasibility planning through to methodological development. Her career also includes work in major events and corporate projects in the financial and management areas, always distinguished by analytical vision, leadership capacity, and consistent delivery of results.
