Academic Carla Helena Moreno dos Santos Rosa was born in Angola, where she spent her early years before moving to Brazil. With a rich cultural heritage, she carries the combination of being Angolan, Brazilian, and Portuguese, which gives her a broad and diverse worldview. Throughout her life, she has dedicated herself to teaching and education, holding a degree in Portuguese Language from UNOPAR and a postgraduate degree from the University of Brasília (UnB). Since 2019, a significant milestone in her professional career has been her work at the Regional Education Office of Novo Gama. At 52 years old, Carla Moreno is married, a mother of two daughters, and a grandmother — experiences that make her even more empathetic and committed to shaping future generations. Her life is marked by love for family, education, and a constant pursuit of learning.
