Academic Carlos Roberto Soares da Silva is an example of resilience and entrepreneurial vision. He began his professional career at age 14 at the Estrela Sugar Refinery, where he worked for 15 years in various roles, from accounting to the industrial sector. After that phase, he founded a juice distribution company and, later, a construction company in Mato Grosso do Sul, while studying Civil Engineering. In Rio de Janeiro, he created CRS Maritime Service, which partnered with the English multinational CTS Maritime, establishing itself in the offshore sector. During the pandemic, he reinvented himself with CRS Trading, expanding into the international market. Currently, he is a partner-director of Revista Total and the Instituto de Pesquisa Total, with projects in the USA and China.
