Academic Clailson Henriques de Almeida Farias, born in São Paulo, chose Rio de Janeiro to build his personal and professional journey. Graduated in Physiotherapy in 2005, he earned specialist titles in Acupuncture in 2007 and in Dermatofunctional Care in 2023. In 2018, he implemented Neural Therapy in the public health system (SUS) of Maricá, and the following year was awarded for the best paper at the XXV CONASEMS conference. In 2019, he published the first chapter on Neural Therapy within the SUS and authored the draft of Bill No. 2,988/2020, which pioneeringly includes the practice in public health. In addition to articles on lower back pain, homeopathy, and the impacts of Neural Therapy in multiprofessional residency training, Dr. Claílson has presented his contributions at national and international congresses. A board member of CREFITO-2 since 2019, he has helped draft bills that have dignified the practice of physiotherapy and occupational therapy. He draws inspiration from his children, Pedro Lucas and Giovanna, who give meaning and honor to his career.
