A journalist with an MBA from FGV in Business Management with an emphasis on Strategic Planning, an MBA in Leadership from EADA in Spain, and certifications in Executive Coaching and Behavioral Analysis from the Latin American Coaching Society (SLAC). She served as Secretary of Governance and Compliance for the Federal District Government and is currently President of Rede Governança Brasil, being the first woman to hold the position. She is the creator of the National Public Governance Program (PRONAGOV), which has already served 400 municipalities. She is a partner and Director of Governance at Fix Governança e Gestão and a faculty member in Leadership at the Public Governance MBA of the Brazilian School of Law (EBRADI). Her work in public governance was recognized with the Marco Maciel Award from the Brazilian Association of Institutional and Governmental Relations (ABRIG), placing first in the ESG and Compliance category in 2022. She is an author and coordinator of more than twenty works and publications on topics related to public governance.
