Academic Daniel Martins Silvestri, of Brazilian nationality and a native of São Paulo, holds a Law degree from Centro Universitário FMU, having graduated in 2008. An attorney since 2009, registered with the Brazilian Bar Association under No. 285,599, São Paulo Section, he subsequently completed a postgraduate specialization in Economic and European Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences, as well as training in High Politics and Strategy Sciences from the São Paulo State Department, through the Higher War School Association, in 2010. He practices individualized law, coordinating, at a broader level, crisis management, with a decade and a half of varied experience in cases of major national impact, as well as experience in business activities of significant organizational complexity — for example, as CEO of Holding Nova Pirajuí S/A, the controlling holding company of Companhia Arthur Lundgren Tecidos S/A (Casas Pernambucanas), where he served as CEO, with operations across 15 Brazilian states.
