ABOUT ME
Federal Attorney, PhD candidate in Estado de Derecho y Gobernanza Global at the University of Salamanca; Master's in Public Administration from IDP; Specialist in Administrative Law from FOCUS and in Procedural Law from UNAMA.
Member of the Ethics Council of Rede Governança Brasil. Vice-President of the National Compliance Association (ANACO). President of the Governance and ESG Commission of the Ibero-American Compliance Institute (IIAC). Academic Supervisor of the Public Governance MBA at EBRADI. Member of the Compliance, Corporate Governance, and ESG Commission of the OAB/DF.
He has been in public service since 2003, working in management and legal positions at over ten public agencies, including the Casa Civil of the Presidency of the Republic, the National Consumer Secretariat, the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Health, the National Electric Energy Agency, and the National Civil Aviation Agency, among others, having held leadership positions as Secretary, Director, General Coordinator, Project Manager, Special Advisor, and Chief Attorney.
He completed additional studies at Harvard Kennedy School, the Università degli Studi di Roma "Tor Vergata", and the University of Salamanca, among other institutions. He is a professor and speaker in governance, compliance, ESG, and administrative law, having conducted courses and training at ENAP, ESMPU, EAGU, IDP, IESLA, EBRADI, IGCP, and IBGR, among others.
