Academic Daniel Rodrigues de Souza is a leader committed to knowledge, culture, and social justice. Graduated in Business Administration, he founded his first company at age 22, created the Instituto Lidherança, and published the book As 48 Leis da Liderança (The 48 Laws of Leadership). He currently supports third-sector organizations through CONLATAM (the Confederation of Latin American and Caribbean Institutions), whose mission is to unite, train, and coordinate the growth of institutions and associations across Latin America, having conceived the project for the Latin American Teaching Hospital for Health, Education, and the Reception of Immigrants and Refugees.
