ABOUT ME
Danielle Lisboa Martins is an attorney licensed in the United States by the New York State Bar (NY Bar) and in Brazil by the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida and New York, and also a credentialed broker in Brazil, operating from Brasília. She is an international speaker and author of the book Catalisador de Mudanças (Matos Editora, 2024). Graduated in Law from the University of Cuiabá, she completed her LL.M. in International Law from Temple University in Philadelphia and was admitted to the New York State Bar exam in 2005.
Early in her career in the United States, she served as one of the attorneys involved in two of the most significant class actions tried before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York: the In re Parmalat Securities Litigation case, one of the largest accounting scandals in European history, and the In re Petrobras Securities Litigation case, linked to the findings of Operation Lava Jato, which culminated in a $2.95 billion settlement — one of the largest ever reached in securities class actions involving foreign issuers.
Having lived in Miami, Florida for over two decades, she is the founder of Danova AI, a consultancy specializing in international real estate law, branded residences, and cross-border structures. She also works on structuring the international expansion of Brazilian companies into the United States, coordinating, in a single process, company formation, executive immigration, tax planning, and headquarters and housing location. In 2024, she completed the Harvard Kennedy School Leadership Program.
Her work in luxury real estate sales has earned her recognition as a Top Producer from developers and investment groups in the sector, including Vertical Developments and Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG). Her representation portfolio includes developments such as Visions (Orlando), Meliá Brickell, Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Domus Flats, Domus Brickell Center, 1428 Brickell, Mandarin Oriental Residences (West Palm Beach), 14 ROC, 502 Residences, and Midtown.
Her book Catalisador de Mudanças: Raízes que Sustentam, Asas que Elevam (Catalyst of Change: Roots That Sustain, Wings That Lift) is an autobiographical work about atypical motherhood, faith, and personal transformation, inspired by her experience as the mother of a child with cerebral palsy, microcephaly, and epilepsy.
In December 2025, she was honored with the National Justice in Focus Award in the category of Real Estate Law, in Brasília. She was also awarded the Diploma and Commendation of Women's Merit from the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Arts, History and Literature. She participated in the G20 Interfaith Forum (IF20) and speaks in Portuguese, English, and Spanish at conferences on international real estate law, atypical motherhood, diversity, and inclusion.
Institutionally, she is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Arts, History and Literature (ABRASCI), where she was inducted as an Immortal, occupying Chair No. 19, whose patron is Euclides Rodrigues Pimenta da Cunha (1866–1909), a writer, journalist, and engineer from Rio de Janeiro state, author of Os Sertões (1902), a work considered a landmark of Brazilian literature and of studies on the historical formation of the country.
