Academic Douglas de Lima, with a professional and academic career marked by a commitment to connecting cultures, markets, and people, holds a degree in Foreign Trade and a postgraduate specialization in Business Internationalization and Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, as well as a specialization in International Marketing from ESPM. He built his career with the purpose of turning barriers into bridges, ideas into actions, and frontiers into possibilities, with his main mission being the internationalization of Brazilian companies, bringing national talent, creativity, and capability to more than one hundred countries. More than numbers and markets, he seeks to represent Brazil with integrity and intelligence — values that have guided his career for more than two decades. Behind his professional career lies a personal story that sustains it: he is married to Tatiana Korolkovas de Lima, his tireless companion and constant source of support and wisdom, and is the father of four children, who are his greatest motivation for facing daily challenges.
