Eder Ricardo Fior is a criminal defense attorney since 1999, with a lato sensu specialization in Criminal Sciences since 2007. He has handled hundreds of jury trials and holds a Doctorate in Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino, obtained in October 2014 with a grade of 10.0 with honors, defending the thesis "The Resocialization of Inmates through Christian Religious Assistance." He is a speaker and professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Political Science, General Theory of the State, Constitutional Law, and Introduction to the Study of Law. He served as a City Councilman for the municipality of Luís Eduardo Magalhães, BA, President of the City Council, and Municipal Secretary of Security, Public Order, and Traffic. In 2015, he graduated with a Bachelor's in Theology from the Evangelical Theological Faculty of Rio de Janeiro, with a postgraduate specialization in Teaching Philosophy and Theology. He has served as President of the Equality and Firearm Carrying Commission of the OAB Águas Claras/DF Subsection - 2022, President of the Prerogatives Commission of OAB Águas Claras/DF - 2022, President of the Jury Trial Commission of OAB Águas Claras/DF - 2023, Reporting Member of the Prerogatives Tribunal of the Federal District Section - 2023/2024, Member of the Jury Trial Defense Commission of the OAB/DF Section - 2022/2023, and Board Member of OAB Águas Claras/DF - 2024. He is a psychoanalyst certified by SOPITEM - the Metanoia Psychoanalytic and Theological Society (2013), with a postgraduate specialization in Premium Clinical Psychoanalysis, an Academic in the College of Legal Sciences, and the author of the book Luz nas Grades (Light Behind Bars), Editora Lux (2025).
