Academic Eduardo José Marques da Fonseca, husband and father, native of Brasília, DF. Holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Faculdade Apogeu. He held public sector positions for 13 years, working in various areas such as administration, finance, public security, and information technology, a period during which he actively participated in structural implementation, process monitoring, standardization, and improvement initiatives. He also worked on social projects, both as a public employee and in the private sector, aiming to improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations. Today, active in the private sector, he is a managing partner at Centro de Enfermagem, Saúde e Bem-Estar.
