Academic Elias Vieira de Matos is Director of Development and Territorial Planning in the Government of the Federal District, at the Regional Administration of Itapoã-DF, and an evangelical pastor, having exercised pastoral ministry for over ten years. He holds a Bachelor's in Theology from the Evangelical Faculty of Brasília and a postgraduate specialization in Biblical Studies and Biblical Languages (Greek and Hebrew) from the Union of Studies and Postgraduate Programs - UNEPOS-DF. He practices law, working in the criminal and civil fields. He holds a Bachelor's in Law from Uni-Projeção University Center and is pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Criminal Forensics, Forensic Medicine, and Criminal Law at the International University Center - UniSignorelli of Rio de Janeiro. A native of Brasília, he is married to Keryath Neres Sousa de Matos, with whom he has two children: Ana Clara and Levi. He has resided in Brasília since his birth, for more than 40 years.
