A native of Recife, PE, Dr. Everardo Gueiros Filho represents the union of tradition and innovation in the practice of law. Holding a Law degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, he has practiced law since 1997, with more than 25 years of experience marked by technical excellence, institutional leadership, and a commitment to justice.
With a solid academic background, he holds postgraduate specializations in Civil Procedural Law and Electoral Law, areas in which he has built recognized expertise, alongside his strategic work in business law. Throughout his career, he has held highly relevant positions within the Brazilian Bar Association, having served as Sectional Board Member of OAB/PE (2004–2006) and Alternate Federal Board Member of OAB/PE (2006), in addition to serving as Director of the Higher School of Advocacy (OAB/PE), strengthening his contribution to institutional improvement and legal education.
His notable career also extended to the Federal District, where he presided over the Attorneys' Assistance Fund of the Federal District (CAA-DF) between 2010 and 2012, and served on the Regional Electoral Court of the Federal District (TRE/DF) as an Appellate Judge (2016–2018), also serving as Substitute Electoral Ombudsman until his departure. In the public sector, he served as Secretary of State for Special Projects of the Federal District (2019–2021), adding executive experience and strategic vision to his career.
