Academic Fábia Almeida Richter is a nurse specializing in Family Health, Public Management, and Health and Human Resources Management. She is an advocate for SUS, primary health care, and integrative health. She advocates for municipalities and her profession, nursing. She served as Municipal Secretary of Health, was re-elected Mayor, and is currently an alternate Federal Deputy. She was a pioneer in HPV vaccination for girls in her municipality and had a remarkable performance during the pandemic, becoming known as the "Vitamin D Mayor." She is a director of a professional training company in health and uses her voice to advocate against illness. She is a member of HeForShe, UN Women RS.
