Academic Felipe Ramón Moro Rodríguez holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Visual Arts, and also specializations in Cultural Management and Urban Regeneration. In 2021, he coordinated the safeguarding of tens of thousands of indigenous and archaeological artifacts of incalculable value, preventing them from being destroyed following a judicial ruling. Passionate about Brasília, he led the Brazilian delegation at the Forum of Planned Cities in Astana, Kazakhstan. He served as National Director of the National Culture Observatory and is a member of the International Council of Museums and the Federal District Council for the Defense of Cultural Heritage. He is currently the Undersecretary of Cultural Heritage of the Federal District.
