Academic Francisca Rijarda Aristóteles Giandini always attended public schools. She was the first in her family to enter a university, in the 1980s. A historian from the Federal University of Ceará, she has always been passionate about scientific knowledge. She was an academic activist, advocating for knowledge as a form of freedom. After moving to São Paulo in the 1990s, she studied Anthropology at USP and Philosophy at PUC. She did not complete either degree — she was simply thirsty for knowledge. In 2010, upon returning to Brazil after a period in Europe, she pursued a new degree: International Relations. In 2014, she began her Doctorate in History at the Autonomous University of Lisbon. She defended her thesis titled "The View of the British Empire on the City of Lisbon in the Murray Travel Guides, 1850-1890," advised by Professors José Amado Mendes and Marta Macêdo. In 2025, she began a postgraduate program in Brazilian History at the São Paulo School of Sociology and Politics. She is President of the Clube Mulheres de Negócios em Língua Portuguesa, a writer with 6 published books, an Ambassador for Peace through the World Federation of Women for Peace, UNESCO, and Portugal Country Chair for Global Networking - G-100.
