An Immortal Academic with a solid and diverse academic background, including a degree in Mathematics and Information Technology from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ); an MBA in Information Technology (UERJ); an MBA in Project Management and Business Management (UERJ); a postgraduate specialization in Hospital Management and Public Administration (UERJ); a Master's in Accounting Sciences with an emphasis on Public Control and Management (UERJ); a Doctor Honoris Causa in Public Management (UNISCECAP); and a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis on Finance from World Christian University (Orlando, USA).
Throughout his 30 years of public service, he has built an extensive résumé and consolidated broad technical knowledge, with notable work in the areas of project administration, management, innovation, planning, auditing, and government project policies, in addition to relevant academic activities in technical and higher education. This career led him to hold important positions in the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro, including directorships, vice-presidencies, and presidencies of regulatory agencies, foundations, and secretariats.
This Academic of Sciences is a tenured civil servant of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He is a member of the Regional Council of Administration of Rio de Janeiro (CRA-RJ) and holds the rank of Master of the Grand Masonic Lodge of the State of Rio de Janeiro (GLMERJ). He also stands out for occupying Chair No. 25 as an Immortal Academic and for serving on the editorial board of the Technical Commission of Exact Sciences of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Arts, History and Literature (ABRASCI).
