ABOUT ME
James José Pacheco, from Minas Gerais, born in Presidente Olegário, MG, 56 years old; son of a shopkeeper and a homemaker. He arrived in Brasília at the beginning of 1988, and in 1992 began his Bachelor's in Economics. A former bank employee (Itaú and HSBC-Bamerindus); at multinational Texaco, within 3 months of joining the company, he was the only employee in Latin America to receive an internal merit award in under a year with the company. A licensed real estate broker since 11/05/2002, registration CRECI No. 8421, 8th Region DF, with experience in the Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, and surrounding markets, helping thousands of families realize the dream of acquiring a home.
His experience spans some of Brasília's leading real estate firms as a broker, manager, and head of the Rio de Janeiro branch (former JGM Brasil Brokers); broker, manager, and third-party coordinator at Ferola Imobiliária and BRHouse; broker, manager, and product coordinator at Lopes Royal.
He has taken courses in Marketing and Advertising through HSM; he is a specialist in real estate financing for developers, builders, and end buyers, whether for pre-construction units, individual or collective construction projects, in segments ranging from the MCMV social housing program to mid- and high-end properties; marketing, sales, conception, and development of real estate developments; real estate feasibility studies through FGV-RJ; and holds a Quality Service Skill certification for excellence in customer service from Texaco Inc.
A lover of the world of technology, he continually deepens his studies on the impacts of technology and AI (artificial intelligence) on civil society, and how to assist its responsible integration within associations and civic institutions.
