ABOUT ME
Jason Vieira Luz is a native of Caldas Novas, GO, and has worked for more than 23 years at a major hotel group in the city, where he started his career as an administrative assistant and rose professionally to hold strategic positions in controllership, administration, and human resources. An accountant for 21 years at the group, he holds a degree in Accounting Sciences and an Executive MBA in Controllership, Finance, and Risk Management, as well as an MBA in Auditing, Controllership, and Finance. A natural leader, he is the creator of the DCM Project — Development, Training, and Motivation — focused on the human and professional development of employees in the administrative, accounting, and tax departments. He is also responsible for significant transformations in organizational culture, including process modernization, the physical and functional redesign of administrative departments, and the restructuring of the team management model. Jason believes in the power of continuous training, learning, and valuing people as drivers of excellence. His purpose is to inspire, develop, and bring out the best in each employee — and in himself. Driven by values such as ethics, humanity, and growth, he begins this new chapter with enthusiasm at the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Arts, History and Literature.
