Academic Jonathan Amorim Spagnoli is an attorney specializing in agribusiness, practicing at Vendruscolo Spagnoli Advocacia. He holds a Master's in Agroecology from UEM and an MBA in Agribusiness Law, Rural Holdings, and Higher Education Teaching. Graduated in Law from Universidade Cesumar, he is a professor in undergraduate and MBA programs at Faculdade Gestão e Inovação, in addition to teaching at PUCPR, with a focus on family succession and legal planning in agriculture. He holds international technology certifications such as Oracle Java EE Architect and Certified Ethical Hacker. He has worked as an IT manager and analyst at major institutions. He is a Commendator of the Brazilian Society of Heraldry, an Immortal Academic of AINTERLJ, and National Director of Agrarian Law for ILBPA. He is also a board member of PROFAGROEC (UEM) and IFPR, in addition to being a corresponding member of the Cooperative Law Commission of OAB/SP. He is the author of several legal and agricultural articles published in Brazil and abroad.
