Joni Silva Correia is a natural-born Brazilian, a native of Cornélio Procópio, PR, son of Jader Silva Correia and Rosália Rossi Correia. A higher-education healthcare professional and a Physical Education professional, he holds postgraduate specializations in Diabetes, Gymnastics, Higher Education Methodology, Marketing, and Business Management. His professional experience includes work in the management of social organizations and in teaching, having taught subjects such as Mathematics, Physical and Biological Sciences, and Physical Education. He is certified as a First Category National Coach by the Spanish Athletics Federation (Madrid, Spain), was an international scholarship recipient through the Rotary Foundation, and has received numerous international sports awards, including Pan-American championships and the World Masters Basketball Championship.
