Academic José Rogério da Silva began his career as a community health agent, progressing to nursing assistant and nursing technician. Over the years, he passed more than 86 civil service examinations. He graduated in Medicine, specializing in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He pursued postgraduate studies in Neuroscience and Positive Psychology, uniting science, behavior, and spirituality. He is a speaker and writer; his second book, "A Dor que o Eletrocardiograma Não Mostra" (The Pain the ECG Doesn't Show), will be published soon. He developed proprietary methods such as the FIRE Method, the first emotional intelligence training program created by a physician.
