ABOUT ME
Academic Kelly Felipe Moreira, born in Brasília, daughter of Davi Moreira and Neids Felipe, has two daughters: Amanda, a criminal defense attorney, and Mariana, a law student. At age 24, she completed her first specialization in Criminal Law. She was Coordinator of the Law program at the Center-West University Development Center and a professor in various fields. She has received various honors, including Motions of Commendation from the Federal District Legislative Chamber. She currently has her own practice in Brasília, specializing in Criminal and Military Criminal Law.
