ABOUT ME
Academic Leonardo Luiz Siqueira da Fonseca was born in São Cristóvão, Rio de Janeiro, and graduated in Physiotherapy from Universidade Gama Filho in 2002, with a postgraduate specialization in Intensive Care and Health Management. He worked at renowned hospitals such as Hospital Samaritano and the Federal Hospital of State Civil Servants (HFSE), where he founded the Physiotherapy Service in 2010 and served as head of the department until 2020, becoming an advisor to the hospital's management. He currently serves as Technical Director of A.Flux Saúde, Treasurer Director of the Rio de Janeiro Physiotherapy Council, and a postgraduate professor. Co-author of award-winning scientific articles, he actively participates in congresses and courses. Since 2010, he has been involved in professional advocacy, contributing to the valorization of physiotherapy, including the achievement of a minimum salary standard. He works on drafting legislative proposals for health and shares his knowledge through lectures in various municipalities.
