Marcelo Pacheco de Lima, an information technology executive and operations director, with an established career in strategic IT management, enterprise systems implementation, and results-driven digital transformation.
Throughout my career, I have worked on highly complex projects involving ERP systems, IT governance, information security, process reengineering, and cost management, always focused on improving operational efficiency, the stability of technological environments, and the alignment between technology and business strategy.
I have had the opportunity to lead technical and business teams, structure support areas, implement governance models, and support organizational growth processes, including operations expansion and company integration. My work spans from strategic planning to the execution and stabilization of production environments.
I am currently leading software development and digital solutions projects for the international market, focused on products for service and mobility companies, structuring scalable and data-driven models.
Academically, I hold a degree in Information Systems Management, an Executive MBA in Leadership and Business Management, a postgraduate specialization in Artificial Intelligence, and the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in Information Technology. I produce scientific output in the field of management and AI applied to business, serve as a reviewer for scientific journals, and participate in academic examination boards.
