Academic Márcio Cezar Aguiar dos Santos: his journey began in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro, in a home where money was scarce but love was abundant. He now manages the financial lives of more than 900 athletes in 78 countries — men and women who carry dreams, support families, and inspire nations.
