Academic Marco Aurelio Weide began his professional career at age 14 as a young apprentice at Banco do Brasil, later progressing to permanent positions. With established expertise in foreign trade, he founded the renowned company Fábrica de Formaturas, which became a national reference in the sector. In 2013, after selling the company, he redirected his focus to new ventures.
