ABOUT ME

Academic Margareth Fischer Biancardine, born in the city of Rio de Janeiro, graduated in Social Communication from Faculdade Hélio Alonso and joined the State Court of Justice in 1985, with the 4th Criminal Court as her first assignment. Over the years, she held various positions: Head of Service for the magistracy entrance exam in Rio de Janeiro, member of the Law Review team, head of pedagogical support at the Court's School of Administration, among others. During this period, she completed her Law degree at the Bennett Methodist Institute. In her personal life, she married, had the grace of becoming the mother of her son Victor, now 31, and divorced some years ago. She completed mediation training in 2010, and since then has worked as a volunteer judicial mediator. She has held workshops and lectures on nonviolent communication and parenting workshops, and earned the title of Mediation and Conciliation Instructor from the National Council of Justice. She currently teaches courses at EMEDI - the Court's Mediation School and is in her seventh semester of Psychology at UNINASSAU.
