Academic Marianna dos Santos Oliveira de Sousa was born on December 20, 1990, in Brasília, Federal District. Daughter of Denisy and Rozeir and sister of Manuella. Married to Bruno Sousa and mother of Vicente and Cecília. She graduated in Occupational Therapy from the University of Brasília (UnB) and has since dedicated her career to strengthening, valorizing, and expanding the field of occupational therapy in Brazil. She was President of the Brazilian Association of Occupational Therapists of the Federal District region, is a faculty member in the Occupational Therapy undergraduate program and in postgraduate courses for occupational therapists and multiprofessional teams, and currently serves as Vice-President of the Federal Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (COFFITO), where she works with purpose, strategy, and passion for the profession.
