Academic Marina Gondin Ramos, an attorney and founding partner of Gondin Ramos Advocacia, holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and a Master's in Economics from the Brasília Institute of Public Law (IDP). She holds specializations in Civil Procedural Law from IDP and in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Her work focuses on superior courts and digital law, especially providing legal support to startups and developing innovative legal theses. She is also an angel investor in startups, contributing to the innovation ecosystem. Co-author of the book "Processo Judicial Eletrônico" (Electronic Judicial Process), she actively participates in the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Section, holding positions such as Vice-President of the Commission for Support of Beginning Attorneys and a member of other commissions. As a speaker, she has traveled across Brazil in partnership with the OAB, helping professionalize young attorneys and organizing events such as the XVII National Meeting of Young Attorneys. Within OAB/SC, she held positions such as Coordinator of Media and Publications at the Higher School of Law Practice and Vice-President of the Bidding Commission. Recognized for her contributions, she has received various honors, including the Commemorative Medallion for the Centennial of the Military Judicial Circumscriptions of the Military Justice of the Union and the "Animus et Libertatem – Luis Gonzaga Pinto da Gama" Commendation at the rank of Dame Commander from ABRASCI.
