Academic Marley Mendonça Alves holds a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Extension (USA) and a Doctorate in Legal-Social Sciences from UMSA (Argentina), with a Master's in Public Health and various specializations. Holding Bachelor's degrees in Law and Dentistry, he works as an attorney, university professor, and postgraduate coordinator. A public servant since 1983, he began his career as an officer in the Army's Health Corps. He is the author of five books and more than 300 articles on law, public health, and citizenship. He is also a speaker, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary topics. He leads the Brazilian Confederation of Martial Arts Culture and has presided over various social organizations. He is an Honorary Citizen of Brasília. Father of three, he balances family life with intense academic, legal, and social work.
