Academic Marta Regina Geraldo Leite, a Federal District civil servant, graduated in Accounting Sciences, with specializations in Auditing and Public Security Management. Throughout her career, she has held important positions in the Federal District Government, including Deputy Secretary for Women in 2010, focused on welcoming and protecting women victims of domestic violence. For 15 years, she has been part of the Federal District's public security, working in the Penal Police, focused on the rehabilitation of sentenced individuals. Marta also has a career marked by excellence in sports, having been Brazilian Sport Shooting champion for three consecutive years. Her commitment to justice, human dignity, and women's empowerment is reflected in every step of her journey, marked by dedication, competence, and strength. Today, she proudly celebrates another achievement: her induction into the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Arts, History and Literature – ABRASCI.
