Academic Morgana Viott holds a degree in Institutional Communication and Public Relations, with a postgraduate specialization in Event Promotion and Management. With 18 years of experience at the Esplanada dos Ministérios, she currently serves as Head of the Ceremonial Advisory Office at the Ministry of Mines and Energy. She began her career at Embrapa Cerrados, where she was responsible for the internal communication program and business visits. She then worked in communications advisory for federal deputies and the Association of Federal Government Attorneys. At the Ministry of Health, she coordinated the Partnerships Center for more than six years and played a strategic role in the ceremonial department. Throughout her career, she has managed officials' schedules, in addition to coordinating logistics for transportation, ports, and civil aviation, later linked to infrastructure. She also served as Coordinator of Ceremonial, Events, and Ministerial Travel, accompanying ministers and ensuring the organization of institutional commitments. She has extensive experience in public ceremonial protocol, planning and management of large-scale events, national and international institutional relations, monitoring of advertising campaigns, as well as mapping, analysis, and risk management in strategic partnerships.
