Academic Orlem Pinheiro de Lima, a native of Manaus, is a business administrator, business consultant, and university professor. He holds a Master's and Doctorate in Production Engineering, in addition to being a post-doctoral candidate at UNIJUÍ. With 37 years of experience in industry and 23 years of higher education teaching, he has published numerous scientific articles, three books, and eight book chapters. Orlem is also a member of the Amazonas Academy of Administration and has extensive experience in leadership and management, having held various directorship positions. In addition, he has contributed significantly to academic mentoring and the development of extension and research projects.
