Academic Paulo César Moura Júnior, born in Goiânia in 1983, moved to Brasília to study Medicine in 2002. He graduated in 2008, when he joined the Brazilian Army as a medical officer. In 2014, he transferred to the medical officer corps of the Federal District Military Police. He specialized in Ophthalmology and, starting in 2018, began treating low-income patients from the public health system (SUS) in Valparaíso de Goiás, performing consultations, exams, and ophthalmological surgeries. He is one of the founders of the Institute of Vision Medicine - Eye Hospital, a company that has already changed the lives of thousands of people in the area surrounding the Federal District and the state of Goiás, restoring vision and quality of life.
