Academic Paulo Eugenio Carvalho Correa is an engineer and administrator with extensive professional experience in sanitation and the environment. Son of Colonel PM Dr. Paulo de Andrade Corrêa, a physician and academic of the São Paulo Academy of Letters, and of Commendator Dr. Yeda Maia de Carvalho Andrade Corrêa, a dentist, he has built a solid career across various fields of engineering and management.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (1979), he specialized in Occupational Safety Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie (1983) and in Public and Environmental Health Engineering from the School of Public Health of the University of São Paulo (1997). In addition, he holds training in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie (1985) and from Fundação Getulio Vargas (1981).
