Academic Paulo Pereira da Silva Júnior worked as coordinator of social projects for professional training and culture and arts at ACCNG, in the western zone of Rio de Janeiro. He is a coordinator and facilitator of public policy and integration between third-sector institutions and the State. As a member of the Board of CONEMAD-RJ, he also works on developing social and integration guidelines for religious institutions. He is an arbitration judge for the Council of Arbitral Justice in Brazil, building on years of experience handling disputes between members of affiliated organizations. He is also senior pastor of the Cathedral of the Assemblies of God in Areia Branca, Madureira Ministry. He holds a Bachelor's in Theology. He is graduated in Journalism with a specialization in Social Communication, and also holds a higher technology degree in Public Management. He is trained in psychoanalysis, working in the training of analysts (in psychoanalysis) in human behavior.
