Academic Paulo Ricardo Lopes da Costa is a physician and health manager with extensive training and experience in the field. Holding an Executive MBA in Health from FGV and a specialization in Clinical Management in Metropolitan Health Care Networks from Hospital Sírio-Libanês, he is a specialist in Traumatology and Orthopedics from Hospital Miguel Couto (RJ) and in Knee Surgery from Santa Casa (RJ). He serves as Orthopedics Coordinator at Rede D'Or São Luiz, where he also supports processes focused on quality and patient safety, focusing on the development of clinical protocols and care indicators. Since September 2021, he has served as General Director of Hospital Estadual Getúlio Vargas through OSS IPCEP and coordinates orthopedics at Hospital Bangu, implementing strategic planning, people management, and continuing education. His solid experience includes management positions at renowned institutions, including government agencies and social health organizations, notably his work at organizations such as Pró-Saúde and Rede D'Or.
