Academic Ramiro Azambuja da Silva is a businessman and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and agribusiness sectors. He currently serves as Director of Grupo A&F Construtora e Incorporadora in Portugal. He is managing partner of FuturaFarm and RAS Consultoria e Assessoria, focusing on agribusiness, energy, and sustainability. Founder of Futura Farm, a pitaya producer in Mato Grosso, Ramiro has a history of leadership in significant projects, including the establishment of Ethanol Indústria S.A. He is also a former president of companies such as EMHA Construtora e Incorporadora S.A, Ideal Agro S.A., Grupo O Positivo Participações S.A., among others. In the public sector, as Municipal Secretary of Health and City Manager, he implemented a modern health system in Lucas do Rio Verde, Mato Grosso, Brazil. He was Executive Director of the Brazilian National Forum of Forestry-Based Activities and Management Superintendent of the forestry sector at CIPEM, an agency linked to FIEMT - the Federation of Industries of the State of Mato Grosso and CNI - the National Confederation of Industry in Brazil. An advocate of ethical entrepreneurship, Ramiro believes in integrating faith and business to promote positive impact. He is currently a leader of the Christian Entrepreneurs Ministry (CRIE) in Lisbon and Europe.
