A native of Nilópolis, RJ, Rodrigo Moreira Campos grew up in the interior of Rondônia, in the city of Ariquemes. He returned to Rio de Janeiro to continue his professional career, where he graduated in Physiotherapy. He is a specialist in Acupuncture, Health Auditing, and holds an MBA in Public Management, in addition to a Professional Master's in Intensive Care and the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in Education and Public Management from UNISCECAP in Brasília. A tenured physiotherapist at the State Institute of Education of the Rondônia State Department of Health, he also serves as a teaching facilitator at Fiocruz/RJ. He is coordinator and university professor at Centro Universitário UniSapiens, as well as the first President of the Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy of the 18th Region. Founder of the Rondônia Rehabilitation Center (CERO), he is recognized as an Honorary Citizen of Rondônia with Legislative Merit.
